Terms and Conditions for Kingdom Morocco Tours

Reservations

By booking a tour with Kingdom Morocco Tours (referred to as “we” or “us”), you agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all other participants included in your booking.


 

Booking Procedures & Payments

  • Once you approve the proposed itinerary and price, we will provide a detailed itinerary and invoice with payment instructions.
  • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit. Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Payment Structure:

  • Initial Deposit: 25% of the total invoice.
  • Remaining Balance:
    • For private desert tours, day trips, and activities: Payable locally to our staff in Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling, or Moroccan Dirhams.
      • Onsite credit card or PayPal payments incur a 5% processing fee (to be settled before the tour’s departure).
    • For group/shared tours: Payable onsite before departure in the same currencies.
      • If you prefer paying the balance via credit card or PayPal prior to arrival, a 20% VAT plus a 5% processing fee will apply.

 

Changes to Your Booking

  • We strive to accommodate changes without extra charges. However, changes requested within 15 days of your trip may not be feasible.
  • For any amendments, contact us promptly and confirm your request in writing. If changes are not possible, you can proceed with your original booking or cancel (subject to cancellation fees outlined below).

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your travel plans, notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds depend on the notice period:

Private Desert Tours:

  • More than 7 days: Full deposit refunded.
  • Less than 7 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee.

Shared Desert Tours:

  • More than 4 days: Full deposit refunded.
  • Less than 4 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee.

Private Day Trips & Activities:

  • More than 4 days: Full deposit refunded.
  • Less than 4 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee.

Shared Day Trips & Activities:

  • More than 2 days: Full deposit refunded.
  • Less than 2 days: Deposit retained as cancellation fee.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, war, adverse weather), we reserve the right to cancel your tour.

In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded. However, no additional compensation will be provided.


 

Special Requests

Please inform us of any special requirements (dietary needs, medical conditions, mobility assistance) in writing before booking.

We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment.

No compensation will be provided if specific preferences cannot be met.


 

Child Policy

  • For guest comfort, children under 12 are not permitted on shared desert tours and day trips. They are welcome on half-day shared activities (e.g., camel rides or quad biking) or private tours.
  • Misrepresentation of a child’s age at booking may result in denied service without refund.

 

Insurance

We do not provide travel insurance. It is your responsibility to secure adequate coverage for illness, cancellations, lost baggage, delays, or other unforeseen events.


 

Our Responsibility

We accept liability if any part of your travel arrangements does not meet the agreed standard or description.

Compensation is limited to the amount paid for that portion of services unless caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., third-party negligence).

We are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or death during your trip.


 

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you possess valid travel documents (passport valid for at least six months before entry).

You must meet all visa requirements before departure.


 

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information.

Data collected during booking will only be shared with relevant vendors (e.g., hotels) to facilitate your travel arrangements.

By booking with us, you consent to this information being shared as needed.


 

Complaints

If you encounter issues during your trip:

  1. Contact your driver/guide/hotel immediately for resolution.
  2. If unresolved, call or WhatsApp us at +212666249502.
  3. If phone coverage is unavailable in remote areas, email us at kingdommoroccotours@gmail.com.
